Melissa Culinary Lavender

100% Lavandula Angustifolia Melissa Variety Lavender in a 2oz bottle. This variety was named by Oregon grower, Andy Van Hevelingen, for his wife Melissa. It is unique in the fact that it's buds are white and is often time specifically grown for culinary purposes. It has a sweet floral taste and is especially good when used for making baked goods, lemonade, cocktails and teas.
